Thursdays at the VT Screens Film Favorites: Scrooged
Classic, nostalgic movie series concludes on December 18

Thursdays @ the VT, a high energy entertainment series held at the historic Village Theatre, concludes on December 18, 2014 with the zany Christmas film, Scrooged.
A darkly comic and surreal adaptation of Charles Dickens’s A Christmas Carol. Bill Murray assumes the role of television executive Frank Cross, the meanest and most depraved man on earth. Cross will stoop to unheard of levels to increase his network’s ratings. The selfish and cynical T.V. executive is haunted by three spirits bearing lessons on Christmas Eve. Along the way, the spirits carry Frank to scenes from his past, present, and future and impart a glimpse of how he became so thoroughly rotten.
This film is rated PG-13 for mild language and suggestive dialogue and has a runtime of 100 minutes.
