Thursdays @ the VT Series Presents: The South City Blues Band

The South City Blues Band is dedicated to the groove, providing you with a unique blend of swinging Jump Blues, Jazz/Funk Blues, and “old-school” R&B. Whatever you want to call it, their music will get you up and moving. Playing a variety of styles to keep it interesting, and with a rhythm section keeping it in the pocket, they never stray far from the source of their musical inspiration - the blues! Between the cutting vocals, ripping guitar lines, wailing sax, and swinging rhythm, The South City Blues Band don’t let up.

The South City Blues will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the Village Theatre and Art Gallery, 233 Front St. Doors open at 7:00 p.m.
