U.S. Rep. DeSaulnier Seriously Injured In Fall
The office of U.S. Rep. Mark DeSaulnier said he is hospitalized in serious but stable condition.
WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Rep. Mark DeSaulnier (D-CA) of Contra Costa County is hospitalized and in serious but stable condition after falling during a run.
DeSaulnier will be in the hospital for at least the next several days, DeSaulnier Chief of Staff Betsy Arnold Marr said in a statement. He was hospitalized to treat pneumonia complications that resulted from a traumatic rib fracture.
The office remains open and staff will provide updates as they come.
