Wild Pursuit Ends In Danville Friday

DANVILLE, CA — Four suspects were arrested in Danville Friday following a high speed chase on Interstate 680, police said. Just after 10:20 a.m., the California Highway Patrol reported they were in pursuit of a stolen car.

Although the officers lost sight of the red 2019 Dodge Challenger, a witness reported seeing it parked on the side of the road near El Cerro Boulevard. The four suspects inside the vehicle fled into a Danville neighborhood near Adobe Drive, according to police.

The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office and the San Ramon Police Department helped Danville police officers locate and arrest Oakland residents Tyreon Lang, 20, Saree Lindhurst, 18, Tyetiana Radford-Chandler, 18, and 19-year-old Hayward resident Jamont Baldwin.

All four were booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. Lang, Radford-Chandler, and Baldwin were all found to be on probation. They were booked on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest and probation violations. Lindhurst was booked on suspicion of possessing a stolen vehicle.
