Wines from Sutter Creek Come to Walnut Creek
Taste wines from 5 labels donated by the Wine on 49 collaborative at this year's Wine & Roses gala fundraiser
Join friends and neighbors for The Gardens at Heather Farm’s annual fundraising gala, Wine & Roses.
Wines donated by Wine on 49, a collaboration featuring wine tasting rooms located within walking distance from each other along Main Street in Sutter Creek, known as the jewel of Amador County and the gold country, headline this year’s event. Pourings include selections from Bella Grace, Yorba, Scott Harvey, Miller Wine Works and Le Mulet Rouge.
Mediterranean-themed small plates created by Blue Heron Catering, Checkers Catering, Elegant Occasions Catering, Il Fornaio, Sunrise Bistro & Catering, The Vegetarian Gourmet, Yalla Mediterranean and more will be paired with the Wine on 49 selections for what is sure to be a palate pleasing evening.
During the evening, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of freshly made Sangria as they stroll through The Gardens, watch plein air artists, enjoy live music performed by the Dirty Cello Band and bid on items in a silent auction.
Proceeds benefit The Gardens at Heather Farm, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and educating the community about gardening and stewardship practices that preserve and protect the environment.
