Winter Conditioning Program for High School Swimmers

A swim program to help high school swimmers get ready for the 2017 high school swim season hosted by Crow Canyon Sharks Swim Team.

To offer a ramp towards the high school swim season for summer rec swimmers who are not attached to a USA swim team. Get a head start on skill acquisition and conditioning, so you go into the high school swim season in shape and prepared.

Mike King has 10 years experience coaching at the Recreational, Year-Round, and High School level. His practices are creative, technique driven and fun.

Pricing / Program Options:

Full Program (Dec 6th-Feb 2nd)- $250 members / $300 non-membersPartial Program (Jan 1st-Feb 2nd)- $190 members / $240 non-members

Registration:

Register at www.sharks-swimming.com

When you check out of registration, you will be given a final amount due.

• If you are a Crow Canyon member, please do not write a check for the HS Conditioning Program. Your Member account will be billed.

• If you are not a Crow Canyon member, please write a check made out to Crow Canyon Country Club for the HS Conditioning fees.

Your swimmer will be placed on a wait list until your registration is approved. After we receive your payment (for non Crow Canyon members) and the necessary forms have been signed and returned (Emergency Medical Consent/Medical History; Assumption of Risk and Release Agreement), you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to your account and finish registration by completing the verification process. Return all forms/payments to the Sharks File Box located in the Crow Canyon lobby next to the Member Relations office.
