2015 San Diego Together4Hope Stand Up Paddleboarding Benefiting City of Hope
Join in this family-friendly event presented by City of Hope and The SUP Connection while raining money to fight cancer!

Have you always wanted to try Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP), but just couldn’t figure out how to start? Or, are you a big fan already with a big heart, ready to SUP for a great cause?
Thanks to The SUP Connection, City of Hope is now able to provide you and your family the opportunity to safely try SUP at Together4Hope, at our beautifully scenic Mission Bay location – all while raising money to fight cancer!
The SUP Connection provides San Diego with a first-class, on-the-water experience, by providing compassionate paddleboard lessons. Your event registration will include an introduction to balance training, paddling mechanics, and water navigation.

Registration for this event is $35.00 for adults and $25.00 for youths up to age 12. The SUP Connection will supply a paddleboard, paddle, life jacket and leash to those who do not have their own paddleboard. Duration of lesson and paddle out is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.
You can choose to be part of either the 8AM group, or the 9:30AM group. The 8AM group will be on the water alongside the 5K walkers/runners. You will want to check in at the SUP Connection booth 15 minutes prior to your Paddle Out Time. If you’d like to participate in the 5K and SUP, please select Group #2 at 9:30AM.

Together4Hope is a health and wellness fundraising event that gives you the opportunity to participate in a 5K walk/run, 2 Day/40 mile challenge or take part in the newly added Stand Up Paddleboard course. Join us on September 26 to kickoff this wellness weekend featuring a scenic bay-front 5K, kids activities and a lively wellness marketplace with over 30 vendors. This is the perfect opportunity to learn, enjoy demonstrations, treat yourself to healthy samples, and fundraise for cancer research. Round up your family, friends and co-workers as we unite together to support City of Hope’s mission to find a cure for all types of cancer.
