3. Grandview Beach access closed after bluff collapse (thecoastnews.com) — Beachgoers from Del Mar should know that nearby Grandview Beach in Encinitas is closed indefinitely after a bluff collapse just north of the access staircase, with officials warning of further failures in the area. The incident follows a deadly 2019 collapse and another failure at Beacon's, as well as a more recent bluff collapse near Del Mar's Dog Beach, underscoring ongoing coastal erosion risks.
4. Newsom's Climate Record Is Better Than Most Governors. That's Not Good Enough.
