Carmel Valley-based CareFusion to Purchase Brazilian Company
The local company is expected to close the deal by the end of 2012.
Carmel Valley-based CareFusion Corp. announced that it will purchase a Brazilian respiratory technologies company, according to The Daily Transcript.
Although the details of the deal were not released, CareFusion announced that purchasing Intermed Equipamento Medico Hospitalar will contribute about $25 million in revenue annually, according to the newspaper.
The local company said the deal will close by the end of 2012, according to the report.
