Carmel Valley & Torrey Pines Amongst Most Likely Neighborhoods for Affairs

No spouse likes a wandering eye—and if you live in Carmel Valley, your partner is more likely to have one. 

That’s according to data from AshleyMadison.com, a dating website for married people who want to cheat or singles looking for a partner with a marriage certificate. Its membership is 15.5 million strong—and 61,000 live in San Diego, with Carmel Valley as the most active area for those seeking extramarital affairs.

In addition, AshleyMadison.com reported that Carmel Valley had the highest percentage of female members in San Diego County.

In addition, Torrey Pines came in at #10 and La Jolla at #7. According to AshleyMadison.com’s CEO Noel Biderman, affluence is often found on most cities’ top 10 lists.

“The proclivity to cheat often goes hand in hand with opportunity. Those with discretionary income and freedom to travel are often the most likely to stray,” he said in an announcement.
