City Of Del Mar: For Your Holiday Visit, Free Parking And Shopping Bonuses

During weekends and holidays, parking in downtown Del Mar is our treat. While in town, shoppers and diners can take advantage of bonus dollars with a Del Mar Village Dollars eGift card.

Two-hour parking in the town center and the L’Auberge Del Mar garage will not be enforced from 5 p.m. Dec. 10 through 9 a.m. Dec. 13 and from 5 p.m. Dec. 17 through 9 a.m. Jan. 1. Parking restrictions will continue to be enforced on all 20-minute spaces and metered spaces on Maiden Lane and Coast Boulevard.

Once parked, shoppers and diners can stretch their spending with the Del Mar Village Dollars eGift card. Use the card at any one of more than 35 participating businesses to earn big bonuses: $50 or more in purchases earns a $20 bonus; $100 or more gets $40; $150 or more gets $60.
