Former NFL Coach Mike Tice Wins $100K at Del Mar Races
Tice reportedly won $100,769.20 in a single bet on Thursday at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club.
Former NFL coach Mike Tice won big Del Mar this week. Tice, the former head coach of the Minnesota Vikings and former offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears, won more than $100,000 at the races Thursday.
According to the National Football Post, Tice reportedly put down $128 in the Pick 6, where bettors select the winning horse in six consecutive races. Tice was the only bettor to reportedly hit the Pick 6, which began with the third race.
Tice played up football connection in one of his horse picks. Tebowing won in Race 4.
