NAIOP San Diego will host its annual luncheon program featuring Mayor Kevin Faulconer on March 3.
Many critical issues currently face the commercial real estate industry - affordable housing, fees and taxes, Climate Action Plan mandates, water and energy reduction mandates, economic development strategies, future development opportunities and more. Mayor Faulconer will discuss these issues, as well as job creation and economic development infrastructure, civic initiatives for San Diego’s future and streamlining city processes. A question-and-answer session will follow.
