The Rancho Bernardo office of Prudential California Realty, one of the nation’s largest residential brokerages and soon to be Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, has added Anna Ward as Sales Manager to its growing office.

Ward has been in real estate since 1999, selling 104 homes her first year as an agent and more than 100 homes each year after. Ward has consistently been in the top 1 percent of real estate professionals in the nation. In 2006, she opened her own brokerage and grew it into three different locations covering 42 high-end market areas. In 2010, Ward merged with Century 21, creating one of the most successful mergers in its history.

Throughout her career, Ward has coached sales associates across the U.S. in accomplishing their goals in production and income and helped them join the elite and most recognized agents in the U.S. A two-time cancer survivor, Ward proudly supports Susan B. Komen. She also supports a local women’s shelter, SDCBA Community Outreach and Youth With A Mission. As the Sales Manager with Prudential California Realty Rancho Bernardo, Ward will focus on recruiting top agents, and bringing high quality new recruits to the area.
