Allen supports the death penalty, and along with conservative views hates the gas tax and wants to lower taxes in general. Allen along with Cox, oppose the high-speed rail and gas tax. Allen believes CA needs to be tougher on crime and opposes Jerry Brown passed bill AB 109, the “realignment” bill that released thousands of criminals from state prisons who were convicted on drug charges. California's school system needs improvement according to Allen.
Overall, to push his campaign, Allen has released a five-point plan:

California Must Get Tough on Crime
California Must Fix our Roads and Reduce Traffic
California Must Once Again Provide the Best Education in the Country
California Must Complete the State Water Project
Overall
