The former CEO and president of San Diego National Bank joined Torrey Pines Bank as a market executive for the San Diego region, according to the San Diego Business Journal.
The local business publication said Horsman will work to grow the bank’s customers at its seven San Diego branches, including one on El Camino Real in Carmel Valley.
