Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek Welcomes James Dooley

The San Diego-based law firm of Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek is pleased to announce that James Dooley has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s family law practice.

Dooley is a certified specialist in family law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. His practice focuses on personal counsel that guides clients to rewarding and cost-effective solutions. Dooley also has extensive family law litigation experience. He was named a Super Lawyers’ “Rising Star” in 2009-2011.

Prior to joining Seltzer Caplan, Dooley was an associate at Kolodny Law Group in Beverly Hills. He is also a U.S. Navy veteran.

Dooley received his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 2003 and his B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2001.

Dooley resides in Del Mar Heights.
