Spread Reggae Sunshine with Iration in Del Mar

The Del Mar Concert Series during the races includes performances by Iration, Steel Pulse and Weezer.

The reggae spirit is alive and well in Del Mar this August. In addition to the Ziggy Marley led Reggae Fest at the end of August, Iration will be performing on Friday, August 2.

Formed in 2004, Iration is known for a subgenre of reggae called sunshine reggae, reggae with a more tropical and upbeat feel. After playing live shows among the college circuit in Santa Barbara, they recorded their first album, No Time for Rest, in 2007. They released their newest album, Automatic, on July 2.
