Tequila King, Rock God Sammy Hagar To Perform in Del Mar
The Del Mar Concert Series during the races includes performances by Sammy Hagar & The Wabos, Weezer and Ziggy Marley.

The legendary Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame inductee Sammy Hagar will bring the house down at the Del Mar Race Track on Saturday, July 27.
Hagar had already experienced a successful solo career with hits like I Can’t Drive 55 before he took over for David Lee Roth as the lead singer of Van Halen in 1985. While with the band he recorded Why Can’t This Be Love, Runaround and Can’t Stop Lovin’ You, among others.

Roth recently formed the band Chickenfoot with Michael Anthony, Chad Smith and Joe Satriani, but will be performing with his band The Waboritas for this show, which is free with racetrack admission.
- Where: Del Mar Fairgrounds at 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd Del Mar, CA 92014.
- When: Saturday, July 27 (after the last race).
- Price: Free with racetrack admission or if you arrive AFTER the last race, tickets are $20.
- Parking: Concert Parking is $20. Racetrack parking before the final race is run is $10.
