The 'Fiddle Girl' Is Coming to Carmel Valley Library

Fiddler Celia Lawley will play at the Carmel Valley Library at 7 p.m. on July 10.

Musician Celia Lawley, also known as the Fiddle Girl, will perform in Carmel Valley next month. The San Diego native is a singer, songwriter that can fiddle and clog. She's a mutli-instrumentalist who has performed at concerts, fairs, festivals and even rodeos.

Lawley graduated from USC School of Music and performs country, bluegrass, jazz, latin jazz, rock, blues, zydeco, Cajun and Celitic music.

Locally she's played at the San Diego County Fair in Del Mar, the San Diego Zoo and Seaworld. Nationally, she's appeared on World News with Diane Sawyer, the TV show FAME and HBO's Boy Meets Girl.

Lawley will perform a 45 minute show at the Carmel Valley Library on July 10. The library is located at 3919 Townsgate Dr., San Diego, CA 92130.
