Torrey Pines Logic Responds to FBI Raids at Carmel Valley Office

Torrey Pines Logic responded to a FBI raid that took place at the firm’s Carmel Valley office last week.

On Friday, the Daily Transcript reported that Torrey Pines Logic released the following statement, "Yesterday's search of our headquarters stemmed from what we believe to be false statements made by a disgruntled consultant, who is no longer affiliated with TPL.”

The probe into the operations of the firm—which sells lasers, sensors, optical-communication products and image-processing equipment—involves a court order that has been sealed by a judge, the FBI said last week.

"TPL is expecting a timely resolution in this matter, will continue to cooperate fully with law enforcement officials and looks forward to continuing its trusted relationships with those who serve this nation so valiantly," it continued in the Daily Transcript.
