Vistage, an executive leadership organization, is looking for an account and campaign support specialist. The individual will support marketing campaigns for an online platform as well as support the management of partner accounts.

  • Manage requests for new marketing campaigns including interaction with online mentors, customer service, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Report on success of campaigns and ensure that all responsibilities in other departments are delivered in full and on time.
  • Help establish process documentation for integration of marketing campaigns into other departments and communications.
  • Work with business development, account managers, and directly with partner accounts to ensure prompt delivery of partner requests.
  • Help manage projects related to marketing materials, videos, email communications and other platform specific needs.
  • Aggregate and summarize input from Online Mentors and partners to help improve the delivery of new products and programs.
  • Create weekly status reports for digital products team that summarizes new insights, hard metrics, and other key metrics.

    Applicants should have three to five years of experience in marketing and a strong background in analytics, metrics and measurements.
