17 Vie for Miss Diamond Bar Title Sunday
17 Contestants will vie for the crown and title of Miss Diamond Bar 2011 during the annual pageant on Sunday.

Only one can be named Miss Diamond Bar.
“This year, the girls are very enthusiastic, outgoing and really special," Linda Headlee, director of the , said.
A group of 17 young ladies will be competing this year for the Diamond Bar crown, taking on competition Sunday afternoon in each of the following categories: on-stage interview, swimsuit, evening gown, and a final question.

“It’s going to be a very tough year for the judges to choose a winner," Headlee said. "I would hate to be a judge.”
Headlee is in her 23rd year with the 44-year-old pageant. This will be Headlee's 19th year directing the pageant.

Even though only one of the contestants can win the title of Miss Diamond Bar, four other contestants will be selected to hold the Miss Diamond Bar Princess title, making up the Diamond Bar Court.
The future Miss Diamond Bar and her Princess Court will dedicate many hours participating in community service, community outreach and take part in over 50 local events throughout the year.
The 17 contestants competing in this year’s pageant are: Elizabeth Gallardo, Megan Ung, Rachel Scott, Lisa Zuniga, Sabrina Bawa, Catherine Yuen, Cassie Amato, Jasmine Pringle, Michelle Ennabe, Jenelle Dagres, Madeline Santoyo, Chantal Shen, Stephanie Turner, Hillary Leung, Sara Kashe, and Co Co Wang.
The pageant will run from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Diamond Bar High School Theatre on Sunday, March 20. Tickets are $25.
