24 Hour Fitness Debuts Remodeled Walnut Gym

The remodeled gym is now open.

WALNUT, CA — 24 Hour Fitness has reopened its Super-Sport club in Walmart following an extensive remodel.

The club at 18730 Amar Road celebrated its grand re-opening on June 1, a company spokesperson told Patch.

  • Redesigned workout spaces and improved flow within the gym
  • Updated flooring
  • Upgraded equipment
  • New exterior signs

Members also now have access to Recovery24, a dedicated wellness and recovery space designed to support muscle recovery and relaxation.

The Walnut remodel is part of a broader effort to modernize clubs across California with upgraded amenities, improved layouts and expanded wellness-focused offerings, according to the company.

“The Walnut refresh reflects our continued investment in creating modern, energizing and community-driven fitness environments where everyone feels welcome, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. We’re focused on fostering a supportive culture for both our members and our team members, creating spaces where people can connect, grow and thrive together," District Manager Rob Cameron said in a statement.
