DIAMOND BAR, CA — Diamond Bar's annual State of the City address will be presented as a video this year rather than at an in-person event, the city announced.
The city said the change comes as it addresses a structural budget deficit. Over the past two fiscal years, the city has cut more than $2 million from its budget.
The State of the City address is usually held every October, and provides residents with an update on city affairs and initiatives from the past year.
Video of Diamond Bar's 2026 State of the City address is expected to be available in mid-October on the city's website and YouTube channel.
