City of Diamond Bar is holding its next regularly-scheduled General Municipal Election on November 3, 2020 to fill two four-year term City Council seats.

The nomination period opens Monday, July 13, 2020 at which time any registered Diamond Bar voter interested in becoming a candidate can make an appointment with the City Clerk’s Office to pick up a nomination packet from City Hall, located at 21810 Copley Drive in Diamond Bar. In order to run for City Council, candidates must be a United States citizen, Diamond Bar resident and registered voter of at least 18 years of age at the time nomination papers are issued. The deadline to submit nomination papers is 5 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2020.
