Diamond Bar Coronavirus Related Closures

Bars, brewpubs, breweries and pubs must close both indoor and outdoor operations statewide. Outdoor dining and takeout are still allowed.

Effective today, close-contact businesses 30 counties on the state’s COVID-19 Watch List are required to again suspend indoor operations as a result of increasing hospitalizations and rising positivity rate.

The counties of the Watch List represent approximately 80 percent of the state’s population and include Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside. Close-contact businesses include places of worship, gyms and fitness centers, indoor malls, offices for non-critical sectors, and personal care services such as hair salons, barber shops and tattoo parlors.

Additionally, counties throughout the state must close indoor operations at restaurants, wineries and tasting rooms, movie theaters, family entertainment centers such as bowling alleys, batting cages and miniature golf, zoos, museums and cardrooms. Bars, brewpubs, breweries and pubs must close both indoor and outdoor operations statewide. Outdoor dining and takeout are still allowed.

Everyone is urged to continue to stay at home except for essential activities such as shopping for groceries or getting medical care, to limit close contact with non-household members in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
