The Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition hosts this public tasting of its gold medal winning wines, spirits and beers. The event will feature interactive pouring stations, a live DJ, gourmet food trucks, educational seminars, a silent auction and a Saturday Night Chef Fight.
Food trucks on site will include The Grilled Cheese Truck, Slice Truck, Twist Burger and Paradise Cookies and Ice Cream.
The Saturday Night Chef Fight take place from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. and separate admission applies. McKinley’s executive chef David Teig will battle European personal chef Julio Nascimento in this culinary showdown. Cheer on your favorite chef as they fight to advance in the continuing Saturday Night Chef Fights at the Fairplex.
Proceeds benefit educational programs at the Fairplex.
