Evergreen Elementary School Students Participating in New "Keys to Success" Program
Keys to Success is based on the Attributes for Success plan.
Evergreen Elementary School recently held a special assembly to introduce Keys to Success, a new program based on the Attributes for Success, a research based plan developed by the Frostig Center in Pasadena that has identified attributes found in successful students and adults.
During the assembly, teachers and Student Council members introduced the six Keys to Success: Self-Awareness, Support Systems, Coping Strategies, Perseverance, Proactivity, and Goal Setting.
Classroom teachers will be introducing a new “key” to their students each month.

Also during the assembly, the school’s new eagle mascot was introduced. This month, the students will hold an election to name the new mascot.
