He was last seen at 2 a.m. July 13 in the family back yard in the area of Golden Springs Drive and Ballena Drive. The family is anxious to get him back, said Mayra Contreras. "He is brown with black and white highlights and looks like Toto from the 'Wizard of Oz," Contreras said.
