1.  Photographers Sought

Calling all budding and professional photographers!  If you live in Diamond Bar, the city has launched its annual photo contest to capture all things local "through your lens."  You have until Sept. 27.

2.  City Council Openings

We already know that Walnut is looking to fill a council vacancy.  Now, the city of Diamond Bar has announced that those interested in running for one of three open seats on city council in November need to get qualified by Aug. 9.

3.  Couponing Basics

Ever wonder how some people can take a $1,000 grocery tab down to just a fraction of that?  There's a free couponing workshop at the Diamond Bar Library coming up on Aug. 3.

4.  Intern in Walnut

The city of Walnut is taking applications for volunteer interns now.  There's a wide selection of roles within the city, from working at the senior center to learning how the city manager runs Walnut.  Click here to learn how to apply.
