Food Truck Thursdays Returns to Fairplex

Put the frying pans away and pack the kids in the car. Fairplex’s popular Food Truck Thursdays are back.

After a winter hiatus, Food Truck Thursdays will return to its regular schedule beginning this week in the parking lot at Gate One, 1101 W. McKinley Ave., next to the NHRA Museum.

Hours are 5:30-8:30 p.m. Each week enjoy a variety of the region’s most popular food trucks, bringing the trendiest dishes on four wheels. Stop by and stay or grab a bite to take home. Don’t forget to pick up some fresh produce at the Farmers Market. 

Admission and parking are free.
