Tuesday, April 8, Pollo Campero, the world’s largest Latin chicken restaurant chain, will celebrate its 43rd birthday and National Empanada Day by giving away one of Latin America’s most popular dishes. Guests can visit any of the 12 Pollo Campero restaurants in Southern California all day and receive a FREE hand-made empanada, which are made fresh daily with the restaurant’s famous Latin chicken and proprietary blend of spices.
