The studio is kept at temperatures of nearly 100º, which owner David Jones helps stay limber and flexible.
"It's like you take a noodle out of a package — you can snap it and it breaks right away," Jones said. "The idea here is that you put a stiff body here in heat, it really loosens you up."

Jones has been studying yoga for 47 years and said he chose to stay in Diamond Bar for the close-knit community that has formed around his yoga studio and classes.
