Industry Crash Leaves One Motorist Badly Injured

A motorcyclist and three other vehicles collided on the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway in Industry Saturday, and at least one person was badly hurt, a county fire dispatcher said.

The injured person was transported to Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center's trauma center. The person's condition was not immediately known, he said.

Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the southbound freeway at Rose Hills Road at 7:41 a.m., he said.

The California Highway Patrol said a motorcyclist on a yellow and black bike was down in the fast lane of the southbound freeway.

The crash also involved a white Mercedes Benz sport utility vehicle and two other vehicles, according to the CHP.
