I have been hassled on several occasions by panhandlers asking for money at this ARCO gas station. Not why they pick gas station. Perhaps because you are a captive audience and you are reaching into your wallet anyway. I do not believe their story hat they need a few bucks to buy gas. There are way too many of hem. I know this is the COI but I get sick of being hassled by them. My guess is that they would grab a purse out of a car if given the chance.
