With K-Mart closing will this mean we now have three empty building in Diamond Bar?

First Acapulco Restaurant closed and that still remains closed.

Ralph’s Market closed. We were told a national store chain had purchased it but we have yet to see anything.

Now K-Mart is closing.

Is the Mayor or City Council doing anything to bring in new business to Diamond Bar?
