TAPS Thanksgiving Buffet in Brea

Join TAPS in Brea for a bountiful Thanksgiving buffet 12-7 PM. Dinner is $43.99 for adults; $14.99 for children. Start at the oyster bar, where oysters, shrimp cocktail, sushi, sliced charcuterie and artisan cheeses are offered in addition to roasted lemon Brussels sprouts, balsamic glazed beet and assorted savory salads. Housemade potato chips with white bean or onion dip and assorted seasonal breads complement the spread. After pumpkin bisque comes the traditional carved-to-order herb-brined breast of turkey, prime rib, or carved honey-glazed ham. Feast on braised turkey legs, giblet gravy, fresh gingered cranberries, rosemary-sage cornbread dressing, sweet roasted yams, green bean cassolet and roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Enjoy sous-vide pork belly wrapped stuffing, cheese-it mac and cheese, miso-salmon fried rice and sweet n’ sour chicken. End with assorted holiday desserts (pumpkin pie, apple pie, pecan pie, crème brûlée, cookies, cakes, donuts), and a luscious chocolate fountain.

Take-Out: Guests may pre-order and pick up a three course dinner with all the trimmings. Requires pre-order, pre-pay and a pick-up time on Thanksgiving. The dinner includes: Caesar salad, sourdough loaf with balsamic dipping sauce, three and a half pounds of carved turkey breast, traditional stuffing, housemade gravy, fresh cranberry sauce, chef’s vegetables, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sweet potato mash, and a housemade pumpkin pie.
