A three-year-old child was injured after falling today from a two-story window.
Deputies from the Walnut-Diamond Bar Sheriff's station responded to a call of an injured child at a residence near the Lorbeer Middle School campus in Diamond Bar at around 11 a.m. When they arrived, they found that the small child had broken his leg and needed to be airlifted to a local hospital, Sgt. The child was playing on furniture near a window, pushed the screen out, and fell about 20 feet, Saunders said.
