WALNUT, CA—Walnut Valley Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Robert Taylor administered the oath of office to re-elected Board Members Larry Redinger and Layla Abou-Taleb during the December 14 meeting.

The returning Board Members were the two top vote getters in the November 3 General Election.
They will each serve a four-year term.

During the annual reorganization, Trustees unanimously elected Layla Abou-Taleb as President, Dr. Tony Torng as Vice President, and Cindy Ruiz as Clerk.
The new officers will serve one-year terms through December 2021.
