Elementary school teachers in the Walnut Valley Unified School District have completed an extensive review of science textbooks for kindergarten through 5th grades. Teachers at each grade level have piloted three state-adopted publications since the beginning of the school year. After a thorough examination of all materials, The Elementary School Science Textbook Committee has recommended the adoption of the following textbooks:

After a thorough examination of all materials, The Middle School Science Textbook Committee has recommended the adoption of the following textbooks:

- California Elevate Science, Physical Science (8th grade) published by Pearson, Copyright 2020
