VACAVILLE, CA β€” Vacaville police arrested three women on suspicion of robbing a business in the Vacaville Premium Outlets shopping center Monday. Two employees of the shopping center reported three women left the store with unpaid merchandise around 3:30 p.m. When the employees tried to contact the women, they were told to get out of the way and the women fled in a vehicle, police said.

The driver, Makayla Lockett, 24 of Turlock, stopped but fled north onto I-505 while the officer was talking to her. Lockett crashed into another vehicle when she exited the highway at Vaca Valley Parkway, police said.
