ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON COMPUTER DISTRIBUTION

• Children do not need to be present to check out a computer and we would prefer that adults came alone if at all possible.
• Every student in the District is required to have their own computer as part of the Distance Learning requirements this year.
• If a family received a computer from us in the Spring but has another child without one they must come and pick up a computer for each child.
• New students to the District will be able to pick up a computer as long as they have registered with us already.
• A parent or guardian must be present to sign a form accepting responsibility for the computer at the time of checkout.
• No student identification is required to pick up a computer, but an identification card from last year would speed the process up.
• These two days of distribution are the guaranteed way to be sure to have a computer before school starts next week.

Computer distribution will follow this schedule:

Wednesday, August 19th, 11:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M.
Thursday, August 20th, 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

All distribution will take place in the large Gym at Dixon High.

INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL SOBRE LA DISTRIBUCIÓN DE COMPUTADORAS

• Los estudiantes no necesitan estar presentes para obtener una computadora y preferimos que los adultos vengan solos si es posible.
• Se requiere que cada estudiante en el Distrito tenga su propia computadora como parte de los requisitos de Aprendizaje a Distancia este año.
• Si una familia recibió una computadora de nuestra parte en la primavera pero tiene otro estudiante sin una, deben venir a recoger una computadora para cada estudiante.
• Los estudiantes nuevos en el Distrito podrán recoger una computadora siempre que ya se hayan registrado con nosotros.
• Un padre o tutor debe estar presente para firmar un formulario en el que se acepta la responsabilidad de la computadora en el momento de la salida.
• No se requiere identificación de estudiante para recoger una computadora, pero una tarjeta de identificación del año pasado aceleraría el proceso.
• Estos dos días de distribución son la forma garantizada de tener una computadora antes de que comiencen las clases la próxima semana.

El horario de la distribución de computadoras es:

Miércoles 19 de agosto, 11:30 a.m. hasta las 7:30 p.m.
Jueves 20 de agosto, 7:30 a.m. hasta las 4:30 p.m.

Toda la distribución se llevará a cabo en el gimnasio grande de Dixon High.
