Brush Fire Contained Near Vacaville
Vacaville, Dixon, Winters and Cal Fire crews responded to the two-alarm, seven-acre #GibsonFire.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA β Firefighters have fully contained a two-alarm vegetation fire that burned about 7 acres outside Vacaville this afternoon, according to the Vacaville Fire Protection District.
The fire was reported at about 12:20 p.m. on Gibson Canyon Road north of Pamela Lane and initially threatened structures, but none were burned, Deputy Chief Doug Rogers said.
Rogers said there was no wind at the site and that helped firefighters quickly contain the fire.

Vacaville Fire Protection District crews are at the scene of a two-alarm vegetation fire just west of the Vacaville city limit.
The fire, logged at about 1 p.m. at five to seven acres, was reported around 12:20 p.m. at Gibson Canyon Road and Hilltop Lane and multiple structures on Pamela Lane are threatened, fire officials said on Facebook.
The Dixon Fire Department is assisting at the scene, according to officials.
