Diabetes Prevention Program Starts Feb. 18

Free National Diabetes Prevention Program to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursdays, starting Feb. 18, at the Kroc Center, 586 E. Wigeon Way, Suisun City.

The classes offer free lifestyle coaching on healthy eating, physical activity and weight loss. For information and to register, please call Michelle Woo at (707) 784-8344.
