Dixon Park Restrooms And Equipment Closed
The City of Dixon has closed park restrooms, equipment and facilities to the public.
March 25, 2020
Effective March 25, 2020, the City of Dixon is closing park restrooms, equipment and facilities to the public in the hopes of mitigating the spread of COVID-19 exposure to City Staff and the public. The City is making the public’s safety a priority and taking action to help slow the spread of the virus. Park greenspace is to remain open to encourage exercise and fresh air, but the City of Dixon is cautioning all residents to maintain safe social distances when visiting parks. We hope to keep our parks open as long as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic, but can only do so if our residents are following social distancing guidelines and not conjugating in numbers greater than 10.
