She was arrested for DUI and her father’s dark blue 2003 GMC Envoy, (CA)5XWX943, was stored pursuant to 22651(p) CVC-unlicensed driver. The juvenile registered a .18 BAC on a PAS device. The juvenile was cited for 12500(a) CVC-driving without a license, 148.9 PC-false information to a peace officer, 148(a)(1) CVC-resisting arrest, 23152(a) CVC-DUI, and 23152(b) CVC-BAC of .08 or greater.
