1830 Shoplifter in custody at WalMart, 235 E. Dorset Dr. Ariela Friasmiranda, 20, of Dixon was placed under citizen’s arrest for violation of 488 PC-petty theft. During the investigation, Cyle Harris, 22, of Dixon, was arrested following a struggle with officers and WalMart employees. He was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail on a $50,000 warrant from Yolo County for 1203.2 PC-violation of probation, and a NO BAIL warrant from Solano County for 1203.2 PC -violation of probation, 148.9 PC-false information to a Police Officer, 148 PC-resisting arrest, and 242 PC-battery.
