Dixon PD: 2 Deaths At House; DUI-Suspected Hit-and-Run On West A Street; Attempted Theft Of Cart Of Groceries;

0001 Hit and run traffic collision in the 600 block of West A St resulted in the arrest of Luis Mata Garibay(26), of Dixon per 23152(a)-DUI, 23152(b)-DUI blood alcohol over .08, 20002 VC- Hit and Run and a1203.2 PC-Probation Violation(court probation for a previous DUI). Mata fled the scene but was described by witnesses and located by police attempting to return to his residence on foot. Mata was transported to Solano County Jail. Mata’s 2014 ford Mustang was towed from the scene and impounded.
