1420 Citizen report of a man firing a gun in the 400 blk of West F St. He and a companion were last seen near West F / N. Adams Sts. Responding officers located a 17yr old male matching the description in the parking lot of a liquor store in the 400 blk of N. Adams St and found him in possession of a replica 44 Magnum pellet-gun concealed in his waistband. The juvenile and his companion provided different stories concerning why he was in front of a liquor store with a replica handgun concealed in his waistband.

1345 Vehicle vandalism reported in the 100 blk of N. Adams St. A 16yr old probationer was detained during the investigation and later arrested / booked at the Solano County Juvenile Detention Facility for violations of 1203.2(a) PC-violation of probation, 21310 PC-possession of a dirk or dagger, 594(b)(1) PC-vandalism with damage over $400, and 308(b) PC-minor in possession of tobacco products. A 38yr old male was also cited on scene for 308(a)(1) PC-furnishing tobacco product to a minor.

1525 Agency Assist for Dixon Fire Dept on a blind 911 in the 900 blk of Bounds Dr.

1540 911h/u in the 900 blk of Monique Way.

1600 Missing person at risk from the 900 blk of Bruhn Ct. A 93yr old female with dementia wondered away from her residence. Officers located her in the backyard of a vacant residence in the 500 blk of E. Creekside Cir and she was returned to her family.

1630 Citizen assist at the Dixon Police Dept.

1705 Suspicious persons reported in the 300 blk of N. Lincoln St.

1720 Traffic enforcement stop in the 500 blk of West A St resulted in the arrest of Oscar Alfonso Chavez, 43, of Dixon, on charges of 14601.1(a) CVC-driving while suspended, and 273.6(a) PC-violation of a domestic violence restraining order.

1835 Vandalism reported in the 100 blk of N. Adams St. Marvell Demoun Wilkins, 38, of Dixon, was arrested for 647(f) PC-public intoxication, and 166.4 PC-violation of court order. Wilkins was booked into the Solano County Jail on the above charges.

1748 Theft/vandalism in progress in the 500 block of West Creekside Circle. Subjects on scene dismantling an out building from a bank owned property and loading it onto a trailer. Subjects stated they bought the outbuilding from an unknown subject on Craigslist. Outbuilding disassembled but placed back onto the property.

2343 Shooting reported in the 800 block of North Adams St. A verbal argument between several patrons took place in the public parking lot of a business. One subject brandished a semi-automatic handgun, firing approximately 5 rounds into the air before fleeing on foot. No one was injured during the incident and the subject has not been identified.

1040 Pedestrian stop in the 200 blk of N. First St resulted in the arrest of John Milton Miller, (34), on an outstanding warrant charging 11377(a) H&S-possession of methamphetamine. Miller was cited and released on scene.

1125 Lost Property report at the Dixon Police Dept.

1510 Vehicle stop in the 1400 blk of Ary Ln resulted in a 14601.1(a) CVC-suspended CDL, cite to Kevin Wayne Healis, 50, of Vacaville. Subject was cited and released from the scene.

1650 Loose dogs reported in the 1300 block of Bello Dr. Dogs were secured in their owner’s backyard.

1700 Follow-up at 1300 block N. Lincoln St.

1755 Assault in the 300 block of N. First St. Richard Thomas Williams (35), of Dixon, assaulted his landlord/father with a samurai sword and two pipes. Williams then barricaded himself inside his residence with along with a friend. Williams and a second male subject surrendered at 1937hrs without further incident. The second male subject was released from the scene without charges. Williams was booked at Solano County Jail on violations of 245(a)(1) PC-assault with a deadly weapon, and 148(a)(1) PC-resisting arrest.
